1. About ReminderPal

ReminderPal provides an automated missed-call SMS service for UK trades and mobile professionals.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract
• The service must be used for lawful business purposes

3. The Service

• SMS is only sent when a call is genuinely missed
• No SMS is sent if a call is answered
• You keep your existing phone number
• The service can be switched on or off

4. Setup

Setup is usually completed the same day. Instructions are sent by email.

5. Pricing & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• No refunds for active billing periods

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges.

7. Acceptable Use

• No spam or unlawful use
• No misuse of caller data
• No interference with the service

8. Data & Privacy

Use of ReminderPal is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
